At charity fairs see the event list for details Payment We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Your order will be processed subject to payment authorisation Postage £ 4.95 charge for packages less than 1.5kg; such as picture frames, albums, and ceramics. £ 10 for packages above 1.5kg; such as storage, lamps and jewellery boxes. Delivery Deliveries to UK only. Postage to other countries can be quoted. We will dispatch your order within 2 working days. With delivery between 3 and 5 days thereafter. If a particular item is out of stock we will advise you and give you an estimated delivery date. If you require the goods by a specific date please let us know and we will endeavour to meet it. Furniture is handmade to order and is usually delivered within 6 weeks.

Returns We are confident you will be delighted with your Life of Riley purchases. However, if the goods you have chosen fail to meet with your approval, please let us know by telephone or email and return them to us within 14 days. We will then gladly exchange them or provide a refund. We do ask for all items to be returned undamaged and unused. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach us or are damaged in transit so please return them by insured registered post and in robust packaging. Refunds are processed on reciept of the goods. The original and return delivery charges will not be refunded. Full refunds or exchanges will of course be made in the unlikely event that the goods are deemed faulty or if we have made an error. Please notify us immediately if this is the case. We regret that we cannot accept returns of items that have been made to order for you This does not affect your statutory rights. Sizes All measurements are approximate and as all items are handmade they may vary a little. Care of product Leather Leather is a natural product and variations in grain and texture are to be expected. Over time and use, leather develops a patina, which in our view enhances the beauty. During the first few weeks of use, it is normal for wrinkles and creases to form naturally in the leather. To maintain your item in the best condition, it is advisable not to place leather products in sustained direct sunlight or in direct contact with heat sources. When spilled with liquid remove spill immediately by dabbing with a clean dry cloth or vacuum with a clean soft brush. Do not use shoe polish or spray. Not all of the leathers are colour fast and some colour transferrence may occur We cannot accept any liability for spoilage or damage caused in the course of caring for products.
