Disappointed as the Coffee I put in the Flask DID NOT retain Heat for 24hours as advertised.In fact my drink was just about LUKE WARM after only 3-4 hours. The other Flask kept my COLD Drink fine—no issues.

I'm sorry your drink did not remain as hot as you would have liked, we do advise the flask keeps drinks warm for up to 12 hours.
