The conker and dark chocolate brown leather collection is made from natural buffalo hide and is hand crafted and hand stained in India. Our full grain leather is vegetable tanned and is sourced from the bi product of the food industry. Our journals are hand crafted in Italy. The waxed canvas range is made in China. If you wish to know the HS code for import customs duty purposes please ask.


What Is The Difference Between Conker And Dark Chocolate Brown Leather?


The conker leather is the lighter tan of the two colours, it is the most popular and shows of any personalisation well. We call it conker as it has the same look and depth of colour as a conker.

Dark chocolate brown is the darker brown. It is rich in colour and shows off the patination of the leather. If you would like a sample of the two leather colour ways you may buy a pair of swatches here

How Do I Personalise My Order?


On most gifts the personalisation option is available to select with the maximum characters you can choose. Please see our Personalisation Services page to see more about how we emboss your leather goods. Please note spaces and punctuation count as characters if you have any questions please email us.


I Have A Discount Code, Where Do I Apply It?


You will need to click through to the checkout in order to submit your discount code.

Automatic discounts apply for Black Friday and other seasonal promotions, where there is no requirement to add a code. Discounts are not applied to personalised or extra options or sale items.


Do You Offer A Welcome Discount Code?


Yes, if you would like to take advantage of our welcome discount code there is a tab along the bottom of your screen on a mobile and on the right hand side on a desktop. All you need to do is fill in the form in the pop up box to sign up to receive our newsletters and offer.


Can My Order Be Gift Wrapped?

What Are Your Shipping Rates?

We offer free standard shipping for orders over £99
Next day shipping £6.95 over £99, £7,95 under £99
International rates vary, these are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order and the destination. Import taxes and duties are the customers responsibility. For further information please see our Delivery page.

Where Do You Ship To?


We send orders across the UK and worldwide including Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.


Additional costs for delivery may apply depending on location and parcel size. Payment can be asked for the following for VAT (as this is now charged on all freight), duties if applicable and also every country has a disbursement fee (in short means a charge for that country paying the duties to clear customs)

How Do I Track My Order?


As soon as your order is ready to be packed we’ll notify you by email providing you with the tracking information for your order. Our couriers collect between 2 and 5pm Monday to Friday so check the progress of your order after 5pm.


When Will My Order Arrive?


Orders placed before midday will arrive within 3-5 days after purchase with Standard Delivery and next day for Express Next Day service. Allow 2 working days for personalized orders in addition to the delivery service selected. The estimated delivery time is based on mainland UK delivery.


What Is Your Return Policy?


You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund and return the product up to 28 days after purchase date. Personalised orders are non-refundable. For more information please see our Returns page.


Christmas 2021 Extended Returns Policy

All cancellable goods received between 8 November and 22 December 2021 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time before 7th January 2022.

For all cancellable goods purchased on 23 December 2021 or after, our 28-day returns policy applies.
