Changed your mind?


We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and that you return them to us within 30 days from delivery. Your refund may take up to two working days to process from our receipt and will be made to the original payment method. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and in the original inner and outer packaging, all items must be securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit as you are liable for the product until it has been returned to us. We reserve the right to charge a £5 restocking fee for damaged product boxes in order to resell an item.

Can I return a personalised item?


Personalised orders may not be cancelled, refunded or returned as they have been altered to your specification. For larger items we can add a personalised luggage tag or mini tag. Once the tag has been personalised refunds will be offered on the main item only and the standard cost of a personalised luggage tag or mini tag or other personalised add on products will be deducted.



Is my original delivery charge refundable?


UK standard delivery charge for orders under £49 are refundable if the entire order is returned. Charges for next day delivery, named day delivery and international shipping are non refundable. 



Will my discount be refunded?


When an order is placed using a discount code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. 



Is my gift wrap charge refundable?


We do not refund the gift wrap service.



Is my return carriage cost refundable?


We do not provide a free return label service or refund return carriage costs for non-faulty items.



Can you collect my order?


If you require us to arrange a collection for larger items, please contact us and we can make arrangements through DHL Express. There is a minimum charge of £25 for DHL Express collection and you are responsible for covering the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Please ensure all items are packed securely to withstand the delivery journey as failure to do so may leave us unable to refund you, if the item is damaged in transit.

We will send you a return shipping label which you will need to attach to the box. You will need to arrange a collection with DHL Express directly via your local customer hotline or through the link we email you. If a collection cannot be arranged that fits in with your schedule you can drop your parcel off at a DHL Express Service Point. Details of which can be found at your country’s DHL Express website.



Can I return an item bought as a second?


Yes you may return an item bought as a second but you must pay for the return. We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and that you return them to us within 30 days from delivery.


 When will I receive my refund?


The refund will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt. You will be notified by email or text when the refund has been actioned.



What shall I do if my item arrives damaged?


In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and / or you deem are faulty, please contact us immediately before sending the item back to us.
