All cancellable goods received between 18th November and 21st December 2026 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time on or before 8th January 2027 for a refund. Returns after 8th January will not qualify for a refund.

For all cancellable goods delivered on 22nd December 2026 or after, our standard return policy applies.

Personalised orders may not be cancelled, refunded or returned as they have been altered to your specification.
