All cancellable goods received between 13th November and 22nd December 2023 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time before 5th January 2024 for a refund. They must be in perfect condition, and in the original inner and outer packaging, all items must be securely packaged.
For all cancellable goods delivered on 23rd December 2023 or after, our standard return policy applies.
Personalised orders may not be cancelled, refunded or returned as they have been altered to your specification.
Should you wish to order the same product and have more than one personalised, you will need to add your first item to the the cart, and then go back and add a subsequent item(s). Should you experience any problems then please get in touch and we can advise you further.
Last order date for Christmas delivery is midday on the 18th December 2023.
We will be closed from midday on Thursday 21st December 2023 and re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
