Standard Service - Delivery within 3 - 5 days £6.95.
Personalised orders require two additional working days and will be sent once the embossing is complete. Select the shipping service you require at checkout.
We ship and deliver Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.
Orders placed before midday on a working day, that are non personalised, will be dispatched with your selected service.
International Delivery - from £20
All international orders will be sent by DHL Express.
We ship world wide including USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.
We can ship leather products only to Europe owing to GPSR regulations.

If you are purchasing more than one item please contact us as we may be able to give you a more accurate shipping rate than shown in the cart.
DHL Express estimate a three to five working day delivery time for most destinations. At checkout your order will have a calculated shipping cost depending on the volumetric weight of your items, this is different to the actual weight. Personalised orders require an additional two working days to process.
The customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and DHL disbursement fees. If you require an HS code for your product please ask.

Returns
Personalised orders may not be cancelled, refunded or returned as they have been altered to your specification.
For larger items we can add a personalised luggage tag or mini tag. Once the tag has been personalised refunds will be offered on the main item only and the standard cost of a personalised luggage tag or mini tag or other personalised add on products will be deducted.

To cancel your order notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return your order to us within 28 days from delivery for a refund.
